NBC children's ministry provides children with a safe, fun and friendly environment where they can get together with others their own age to have fun, learn about God and explore what it means to be a Christian (from babies up to school year 6).
We have a wide variety of programs at various times during the week. Our focus is on the nurturing of children as a part of the church family.

Kids Church
Our Sunday School program runs in conjunction with the 9:30 am and 5pm services on a Sunday. We have grouped classes for children aged four through to year 6 at school. We use the CEP Kids@church curriculum to teach the kids about the Bible in a fun and interactive way.
Crèche: We run a crèche for children aged 1 to 4 during both of our services. Crèche is held in the NBC Education Centre. There are toys and games to play with and craft activities to do.
KidTime
KidTime is a community playgroup held in the church hall on Thursday mornings from 9:30 – 11:30am. It is a great place for parents/carers and their preschool children aged 0-5 years to gather and meet other people. The parents get the chance to meet other parents, have a chat and a tea or barista made coffee. The kids get to play with other kids and do craft, sing songs and listen to stories, with a new theme every week. All welcome!
Cost is $20 per term, or $10 if you do a craft
Kids’Arvo
Kids' Arvo is an after school program that runs on Fridays during school term from 4:30-6pm. Children from Kindergarten to year 6 meet in the NBC Education Centre. The sessions are an action packed program of games, craft and learning about faith in an age appropriate way. This is a great place to bring your friends who may not come to church.
Once a term we have a dinner for the kids and their parents. See events below for our next feast.

We feel blessed that you have entrusted your children to our care and we seek to bless and serve you too. We run regular seminars and courses to equip you with your parenting and marriage.
