Once home to many of the earliest churches, Turkey is now a vastly Islamic nation. It is one of the worlds least-evangelised nations. There are just 8000 evangelical Christians in this nation of 80 million people. Recently, persecution of Christians has increased dramatically because of radicalised Islam and political movements.
On Friday 26th May we are inviting people to join us in fasting and prayer while they go about their day. Then at night we will be gathering at Narrabeen Baptist Church to hear about Turkey, to spend time in prayer together, and to break the fast by enjoying a turkish meal.
Kyck is a Youth Conference held in Katoomba for 6000 students over 3 weekends. Our Youth will hear Bible teaching from Daniel in the Old Testament. We will stay together in Katoomba and enjoy the fresh mountain air and each others company over the weekend!
